Hello! My name is Michelle! Do you feel tugged down by the challenges of life? Do you find it easy to be kind to others but struggle with being kind to yourself? Are you searching for peace of mind? If so, maybe we can work together to help answer some of those challenges I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction. I use a client centered approach which will focus on what works best for you and challenge me to learn and adapt to the needs of my clients. Growth occurs in the exploration of the uncomfortable.
