With almost 20 years of experience, Kia specializes in treating intergenerational trauma, PTSD, narcissistic abuse and women's health. She holds certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, teletherapy, and as a clinical trauma professional (Level II). "I became a therapist because my own trauma survival taught me how complex the human experience is. My own personal struggles experienced in the past, along with combined education and experience spanning over 20 years, inspire me to help others dealing with unhealthy behaviors. My purpose is to give back, by assisting others in replacing negative patterns with life-affirming coping skills. I understand the terrain of the mind and how to help it change.
