I am a licensed independent social worker who has been in the field for nearly 15 years. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals managing depression, anxiety, domestic violence, addictions, and trauma from all walks of life.
My approach is based on the success of the therapy relationship as well as the ability to make small changes in everyday life to gain more control over how you think and process life experiences. I strongly believe in this being a judgement free interaction. I use a variety of techniques that best fit the individual including CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness .
Taking the first step towards a better life is a challenge and I am happy to help with that challenge.
