I am a mental health counselor licensed in New York with over 20 years of experience working with individuals to live their most fulfilling lives. My expertise is in helping people who struggle with substance use disorders, disordered eating, family of origin issues, trauma and abuse histories, and emotional dysregulation. I have also worked in numerous roles coaching and mentoring professionals to optimize their career potential and to improve and enhance their leadership skills.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is based on mutual trust and collaboration. It is a partnership wherein I work side by side with you as you explore your innate strengths, abilities, and potentials in order to achieve your individual goals. I am a person-centered therapist who relies heavily on motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help you navigate your personal journey.
