About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Missouri for over 16 years. My undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling. My 23 years of service to youth, adults, and their families exemplifies my desire, commitment, and ability to work with a diverse population. I have worked in group homes, schools, and community agencies. My goal is to help others discover their destiny by eliminating any social or emotional barriers that may be impeding their progress.

I work primarily with adults, adolescents and couples with a variety of issues. These include depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, family conflicts, work-related issues, and interpersonal communication.

I utilize an array of therapeutic approaches based upon the client's needs. These include Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus Therapy just to name a few.
