I have been working as a licensed professional for over 20 years. If you choose to work with me, you will benefit from my expertise and dedication. Typical counseling/coaching sessions occur on a weekly basis. Given this is a text/messaging and video platform, clients benefit from being able to text at will. However, it is my opinion that therapy is most beneficial through live video sessions, which I will schedule with you directly. Please be aware that I am in sessions throughout the day and work hard to respond to messages in a timely manner when I am not in session. :)
