Welcome!
Once you have made the decision to seek help outside of yourself, that is one of the bravest steps anyone can make so I commend, admire, and welcome you! I see counseling as a journey where I meet you wherever you are (mentally, physically, and/or emotionally) and I have the privilege of walking alongside you through this journey. Every half-step, leap, or sprint is celebrated and acknowledged as we work together towards your goals and desires.

I have a Ph.D. In counseling and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have experience working with teens, adults, and couples in the fields of private practice, addiction treatment centers, university counseling centers, and non- profit organizations. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I believe that making the decision to attend therapy is one of the bravest decisions anyone can make, and I would be honored to work alongside you. I specialize in conflict resolution, major life changes/decisions, communication, and listening skills for couples.
