I am an Integrative Empowerment Counselor licensed in Missouri with over 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addictions, change of life issues and LBGTQ. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is holistic and being genuinely authentic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will work with you, since you are the expert on you, to establish goals and combine different approaches to improve the variety of areas in your life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, DBT, humanistic, psychodynamic and short-term solution based counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
