I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri. I have been a mental health clinician for over 35 years. (gulp!) I have had a wide variety of experiences and have used many different approaches to therapy which I believe I am able to tailor to my client's unique situation. I'm in the process of completing a book on Communication, I've taught psycho-educational workshops as well as in a college environment, and have done many webinars covering a wide range of issues from Interpersonal Boundaries to Managing Anxiety.

I operate under the principle "if I can do it, you can also" which suggests problems in your life are probably solvable but you may be missing the tool you need to do so. I think I'm a very good resource for which tools are needed when.

I also believe trust is something that I must earn. I look forward to hearing from you to see if I can earn your trust and provide you with whatever tools you need to reach the goals you want.
