My name is Mike Vodusek, and I am a licensed professional counselor is the state of Pennsylvania, and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. Between mental health work and substance abuse work, I have a little more than 25 years of experience as a Master's level counselor. I have worked with a wide range of troubles in living, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship troubles, family issues, and substance use problems.

My style is person-centered while mixing in techniques from the schools of behavior therapy, cognitive- behavioral therapy, rational-emotive behavior therapy, reality therapy, gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, and transactional analysis. As we get to know each other, I will tailor this diverse range of schools of therapy to uniquely fit you and your needs. Seeking help is a sign of health, a recognition of a need for change, and a desire to have a greater level of well-being. If it were not for the fact that we humans discovered we needed each other, we would not have survived. Seeking help is not only courageous but also it is needed for us to thrive. It is my aim to walk with you shoulder to shoulder through this process to help you attain the goals in therapy you seek.
