Hello! Thank you for considering working with me in your search for better mental health.

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University in 2014 and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California in 2020. In my work as an Intern and Licensed therapist I have worked clinically in an office setting working with individuals, couples, children, and family, as well as working with families and individuals in crisis in public health. I have experience working with people from all walks of life and a wide range of mental health challenges.

My goal as a therapist if help my client find what works best for them in achieving their mental health goals. I have worked with people using many modalities including CBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapies. Whatever works best, I partner with my clients to design a treatment plan that meets those goals.
