I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including career challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems and sexual behavioral problems. Operating from a strengths-based perspective, I utilize a variety of evidenced-based modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Anxiety Treatment to support my clients.
