Hello!
My name is Mica and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) out of Montana. I graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Psychology and then moved to Colorado and attended Naropa University to complete my M.A. in Transpersonal counseling with a concentration in wilderness therapy.

My passion for working in the mental health field has led me to a variety of settings including wilderness treatment programs, rehabilitation centers and community agencies. I have experience with many different populations and have worked with clients on an array of concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.

I have found utilizing a holistic approach with clients can lead to powerful changes. I typically bring in aspects of Mindfulness, Parts work, Strengths-based therapy and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), but adjust this to best fit each client's needs. My focus is to meet you where you are and help guide you to where you would like to be.
