I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma & attachment, parent/child relational issues, and substance abuse.

I believe my clients would say my therapy style is a balance between supportive and challenging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and placing an emphasis on problem-solving, vs a diagnostic label. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
