I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients from a very wide range of diverse backgrounds and life experience. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms related to the challenges that you are currently facing and to increase happiness, health and calm. I use a combination of different therapy types depending on the client, their personality and what their presenting problems are. I am a client centered therapist, meaning that you are the one who choses what we will try to concentrate on and when. I have experience using Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices. I also work with clients who need support as they make important life changes. In addition, I have worked with clients across the life span, from families with young children or teens, young adults, adults and older adults. I also have experience working with clients who are experiencing grief and loss issues, chronic health, isolation and trauma.
