I am a helping professional with 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My work is rooted in a client-centered approach and led by the desires of those whom I am working with. I have worked with couples, families and groups. My areas of expertise are marriage and family conflict, trauma, anxiety and depression, career direction, adjustment issues and substance use challenges.

You can expect a a warm and respectful approach, professionalism, and affirmation of your values and desires. I am from a multicultural and diverse background , non-judgmental and welcoming. My overall approach to counseling is holistic and I am well versed in approaches which include cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic.
