I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I have 8 years of experience and a passion for counseling adolescents and adults who face mood disorders, addictions and substance use, as well as everyday life challenges. I utilize a client-centered approach and develop a collaborative and individualized treatment plan to facilitate clients in achieving their personal goals. Therapy is guided by the philosophy of “comfort in healing “and as such clients will experience a space that is safe to express their innermost thoughts and feelings.
