Hello! I’m Melanie.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m glad you’re here.

My counseling style is rooted in warmth and empathy. You are welcome as you are.

I use a mindfulness-based approach to help you find joy in the little things again. I have experience working with adult individuals who are facing life transitions such as divorce, loss of a loved one, a new diagnosis, or career change. I strive towards an affirmative practice to uplift my LGBTQ+ peers and clients.

I have taken walks with others as they journey through grief, and I understand the many forms it can take: depression, anxiety, anger and emptiness. Let’s talk about it.
