About
I am a true Georgia peach, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I have the training and experience but during sessions, you will never feel as if you are being judged or analyzed. I believe we are all human and we can’t ignore that the main key to being a human is empathy. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and Master of Science in Marriage Family Counseling Therapy from Capella University. I began working in the counseling field in 2007 as a paraprofessional assisting in the completion of Comprehensive Child and Family Assessments, WRAP around services, and facilitating Independent Living Workshops with the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services. My experience with individuals, couples, families, and groups range in settings from community, in-home, classrooms, corporations, to private practice. I specialize in working with couples who are struggling with infidelity, conflict resolution, divorce, and blended families. I incorporate solution focused, strength based, and person-centered approaches when working with clients, providing a holistic perspective of mind, body, and spirit. I explore your way of thinking and how it affects your way of life.
