Hi there, I'm Megan. You being here already means you have a lot of self-awareness, courage and strength. Whatever it is that brought you to this moment, I'm glad you're here. My aim is to help you get to the root of certain behaviors, thoughts and patterns so that you can make conscious choices for yourself and your future to live your healthiest and most whole life. My goal is always to always to work alongside you, knowing I am with you and for you. I believe you are the expert on you, and I am learning from you how to help you move forward, as much as you are learning from me. I hope you find a comfortable, safe, inviting and authentic space here to do the work. I look forward to taking steps towards healing with you.
