I am a New Jersey licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 15 years of experience as a counselor and 8 years of experience in crisis counseling. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem and confidence.
I look at therapy as a collaborative effort between client and therapist. My approach combines solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion.
I am a practicing Catholic and a member of the Roman Catholic Church. I provide therapy from a Christian perspective if requested by my clients. I understand that others may have religious views different from my views and I do not let that impede the therapeutic process.
