I am licensed in Georgia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I love to work with leaders in helping them navigate the challenges they face personally and professionally. I spent 15 years of my life in the "C" suite before becoming a counselor and that helps me bring a unique lens to my work. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
