Asking for help is a courageous act that shows great strength and desire for change. I am a body-positive, LGBTQ+ supportive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed advocate who sees the value of each person’s individual story and the power that can be harnessed by claiming it as your own. My hope is to help you better understand yourself and your relationships in ways that will create change that matters to you, which is a process that takes time and investment. My practice is informed by a number of therapeutic models so I can provide an integrated approach that engages you, your experiences, and society as a whole in the work we do together.
