I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia . I have diversified experience working with children, adults and their families for many years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, emotional and physical trauma. I believe that one size does not fit all, so my approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, existential therapy, rational-emotive therapy and person centered with emphasis on unconditional positive regard which is therapy based on empathy, not contaminated by evaluation or judgement .
