The journey of life is not always easy. Relationships, education, careers, parenting and even our friendships may hold pitfalls that can stop us in our tracks. At times, the path we set our sights on changes into something unanticipated and frightening. In clinical practice, my clients have shared their experiences in life with me and together we have taken the journey toward solutions that feel right. Sometimes, just setting aside the time to organize your thoughts, may help you communicate your feelings in ways that are more meaningful and effective. It is my hope to empower every one of my clients to better navigate life's ups and downs. I may not have the answer to every troubling situation, but I believe that together you will have the tools you need to find them.
