Thanks for taking the brave step in investing in yourself through therapy! Getting help can be intimidating and I specialize in helping people identify their goals, develop tools to overcome their barriers, and empower them to live their best lives! As a Christian, l incorporate biblically-based counseling as the model for my practice.
First I want to say I'm a real person just like you. I have a husband and a family, an obsession with baking and 90s television that I just can't shake. Life is full of storms and with the help of Jesus I hope to help you navigate. I specialize in marriage counseling because my own marriage was restored and I stand with standers.
Meeting together on a weekly basis is what I recommend at first so we can develop a road map to follow. I truly believe that no issue is too big or complex and I can't wait to help guide you towards healing and inner peace.
