I am licensed in Virginia and Wyoming with 12 years of professional work experience in community mental health, school counseling, substance use treatment and suicide prevention. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, low self esteem/confidence, & depression. I am EMDR trained and believe it's a powerful tool in addressing trauma and other challenges. I strive to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
