As a compassionate and dedicated tele-health counselor licensed in the states of Texas and Missouri, I bring over 27 years of professional experience to our sessions. My journey in this field includes working in a private psychiatric hospital, community mental health clinics, employee assistance/ insurance programs, long-term care facilities, a military mental health clinic, and private practice. This has equipped me with deep insights into managing stress and anxiety, fostering motivation, boosting self-esteem and confidence, navigating career challenges, and adapting to life’s changes.
