I am licensed in Missouri with 5 years of professional work experience related to therapy and 7 years of experience in behavioral health settings. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I am well-versed in multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and more. My approach is determined by your preferences, what has or has not worked for you before, and my clinical judgment as related to your situation. You are the expert on you.
