I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, families and organizations. My specialties include trauma, life transitions, relationships, parenting, depression and anxiety. I am committed to building a warm, collaborative relationship with each client, in which we work together towards your goals. I aim to help clients leave their very first session with a shift in thinking and a sense of hope. I look forward to working with you!

Please note: my afternoon/evening schedule is currently full and I am only available between the hours of 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. Pacific Time.
