I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and anger management. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I work with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. I also believe that establishing a strong alliance with my clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, I partner with my clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully. My practice hours are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; Saturdays 9 am - 12 pm.
