Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor specializing in mental health and substance use treatment. For 18+ years, Mary has worked in group homes, hospitals, and residential treatment centers, serving the community's most vulnerable. Working with adolescents and their parents/guardians has provided her years of experience with family systems approaches and a deeper understanding of the family as a whole.

Areas of focus include the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, substance use and addiction, life transitions, parenting challenges, oppositional defiance, and PTSD.

Mary provides a holistic approach and a safe place to explore so you can gain an understanding of motivation, awareness of self, healthier relationships, thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
