I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 10 years of experience. As a counseling and substance abuse professional, I am dedicated to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey of healing to a path of recovery. I am here to serve others who are impacted by daily life events resulting in negative mental health or substance use consequences.

My therapy style is to provide a safe space with a compassionate, holistic, and clinical-based treatment atmosphere; delivering quality counseling and support services that empower individuals to live a life of wholeness. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including grief/loss, depression, anxiety, relationships, blended family issues, career challenges, and self worth.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. However, I will individualize a treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
