I am a licensed clinical social worker with 21 years of experience in the field, 13 of which have been in counseling. I assist clients with issues surrounding self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I also assist clients struggling with relationship issues and divorce. I have extensive experience in grief counseling and supporting clients as they process loss. I have a special interest in women’s issues and I am passionate about helping women love themselves, take care of their bodies, and find freedom from societal standards of beauty!!
I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Guided Imagery with a Solution Focused Model. I enjoy working with individuals at all stages of life who are facing crossroads and need a safe place to explore goals and desires.
