It Is a passion of mine to help you live an authentic, full and happy life. As an experienced clinician I believe in a holistic approach to therapy. It’s important for me to know the person I'm working with - your lifestyle, habits, thoughts, history as well as your challenges.
I specialize in helping to improve mood disorders, understanding and healing marital and/or relationship issues, supporting all ages through the transitions of life and helping military servicemen and women integrate into and out of the military culture. With deep compassion I also help with loss and grief, including animal loss.
