My name is Mary Holt. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia. I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years, and my expertise is related to work with individuals working through Depression, Anxiety, Addiction and life change.
My therapeutic style is person centered and unique to each individual. I have special training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to assist in positive life change through regulation of thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
