I am licensed in Missouri with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with many issues including mental health issues, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, dealing with grief and loss, family of origin issues, current family difficulties or conflict, and trauma and abuse. I have worked with many clients who are also involved with a psychiatrist or physician and take medications. I am well versed in this area. I have helped many clients with boundary issues in all of these areas, sometimes called codependency or feeling overly responsible for others, to the point that you lose yourself. So adult children of...and adults who have adult children with mental illness or substance abuse issues.
I work with my clients to understand how their difficulties affect them daily, and help you put these issues into perspective and live your best life. I begin where you are.
