Sometimes life can be just a little too much. Too much stress from work, social media, pandemic changes, too many people, or expectations you can't seem to live up to. I offer a safe space free of judgment and discrimination, yet full of conscious cultural competence to help you find your way to feeling comfortable in what can seem like an uncomfortable world.
I specialize in addiction, stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship counseling for couples, families, and individuals of all ages. I use a person-centered approach to encourage confidence through emotion, strength, and solution-focused therapy. I am EMDR trained and passionate about working with active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
