Have you ever woke up and felt like it was too late to change? I’m here to tell you that at any given moment you can make the decision to live the life you desire. When we avoid addressing our past and present issues, we can develop unhealthy thinking patterns, behaviors and ways of coping that we don’t even recognize. Overtime when these changes go unaddressed, it will begin to impact the relationship we have with ourselves, as well as with the others around us. Healing and transformation are easier said than done and there is nothing wrong with connecting to a professional you can identify with to help you with the process.
