We all deserve a safe space to sit back and reflect on our lives. Within these safe spaces, we are able to address and explore issues that may be preventing us from living the life we want, free of expectations and judgment. I am committed to providing safe spaces and highly dedicated to human concerns especially with regard to the emotional and psychological impact of trauma.
I have experience dealing with a wide range of concerns and diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, career issues, relationship/family issues, life transitions, and grief and loss. My clients are diverse and range in age, ethnicity, and gender.
To meet the needs of this diversity, I employ a therapeutic approach that is eclectic and pull from a body of empirically-based approaches to suit the diverse needs of my clients.
