My experience working with the entire lifespan; it has shown many correlations to behaviors that are carried throughout. Life experiences formulate beliefs, these beliefs form perceptions, these perceptions create a person's reality. The reality triggers emotional response.

My experience is in Attachment Trauma in childhood working with children in the foster care and the behaviors associated with Attachment Trauma. I have residential adolescent substance abuse and have been a program director for and adolescent intensive outpatient program. With adults I have been in co occurring intensive outpatient and Co lead a DBT group for Borderline Personality Disorder with the individual counseling that goes with these types of programs.

I feel my role as a therapist is take all the experience, all the theoretical models, and condense it to information that is client centric. The application to the client in a language they can understand and translate it to an individuals experiences to find relation.
