About
Before working at Heartlight Family Clinic, I worked mostly in the addiction field, including eating disorders. I enjoy spending my time at home with my partner and our young daughter. I grew up in Colorado, got my Bachelor’s in Psychology in Seattle, then returned home to complete my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver, graduating in 2014. I also work with adults with other struggles, including mood, anxiety, identity, grief, and relationships.
