I have both my bachelor's and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Kansas. I am located in Central Florida but provide teletherapy services all over the state of Florida. I am a client-centered therapist that also uses CBT and mindfulness techniques in sessions. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
