I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief, loss, adjusting to changes in life, anxiety and overcome challenges related to stress. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming current challenges in your life.

My therapeutic approaches are strength-based, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. My approach is always coming from the baseline of meeting the client where they are and being that supportive presence while they work through a tough situation. It takes courage to reach out for help and I am honored each time I am able to help someone. I am here to help support and empower you through your journey.
