I was born and raised in Chicago and have lived in a variety of places in the states and internationally; from small rural communities to big cities. It's been my privilege to have served in these communities as a psychotherapist for over 35 years. I specialize in a wide range of modalities and am proud to say that I bring a personalized approach to each individual under my care. I have a solution focused orientation. I offer my clients caring and compassion and, when appropriate, a sense of humor. I am an exceptionally good listener. I believe my style is welcoming, empathetic, creative and empowering. I am a cross-functional thinker and am mindful. I consider myself a life-long learner, constantly evolving both personally and professionally. In my spare time, I like to garden and be in nature. I am an enthusiastic chef and often bring my garden into my kitchen. Along with that, I enjoy taking care of and spending time with my canine companion, Coco Meadow.
