ABOUT ME

I have a master's degree in Psychology and a specialization in Health Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 12 years of experience working with individuals from different populations. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I have worked with people from different backgrounds: individuals, families, couples, children, juveniles, immigrants, and inmates. I have an approach based on resilience to transmit in each session with people the acceptance and support necessary for them to feel a non-judgment environment in which they can find the path to healing and overcoming adversity. The therapy is the scenario where the client feels safe to open their mind and soul and build the path to create resilience even in the most challenging circumstances with the therapist's support. The therapist is the guide who shows the client the greatness in their soul.
