Hi there, I'm Maria! Hello, let me introduce myself: I’m a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California (LCSW 111998). I received my MSW from New York University in 1996. I’ve worked with various populations from children to the elderly. My approach I like to structure my therapy with each individual client. No two clients are the same. A mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and holistic therapy. We will work on your goals together to help get the most out of our time together. My focus I’ve worked with a variety of ages from 5 years to the elder population. School, work, relationship issues are my specialties. Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, substance/alcohol issues? I have extensive experience with helping life’s hurdles. My journey to therapy A wholistic approach to life has always intrigued me. We heal our bodies with vitamins and exercise. We also need to nourish our souls and minds. Therapy has helped so many.
