I am passionate about psychology, therapy and helping people. I started my current career path by earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from U.C. Davis and then went on to earn two Masters Degrees, one in clinical psychology and the other in Marriage and Family Therapy. My goal has consistently been to support my clients in their quest to address, overcome, and solve the pain of past hurts and the challenges of present-day conflicts. Using an eclectic approach with an emphasis in Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused modalities, I work with individuals and couples facing both personal and interpersonal challenges. I support my clients in a process of self-discovery which enables them to build strong relationships with themselves and with others, where their relationships are founded on honesty, trust, and compassion. Ultimately, it’s all about living a happier, more content life, where day-to-day struggles become opportunities for life success.
