I will be a companion on the journey to assist with self-exploration in a non-judgmental, person-centered, trauma-focused, culturally sensitive manner that identifies the strengths that have assisted you thus far. Life is a highway with roadblocks, twists, and traffic along the way. As long as you decide to keep moving, you will reach your desired destination.
