My ideal client is a woman who struggles with anxiety, ADHD, and Depression in her personal and work life. Her goal is to decrease her symptoms in order to improve all areas of her life. I can help by providing evidence-based treatments to reduce your symptoms. I am easy to talk to. I believe that our negative thinking can be challenged and replaced with more positive thoughts.
